This Privacy Policy describes how Molto, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use vv (vv.cool).

Information you provide:

• Phone number (used to identify you when you text links)
• Username (your public profile URL)
• Password (for web access to your profile)
• Links you share and any notes you add to them

Information collected automatically:

• Metadata extracted from links you share (titles, descriptions, images)
• The domain names of links you share
• Timestamps of when you add or edit links

Information we do NOT collect:

• We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies
• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Display your shared links on your public profile
• Identify you when you text links to our phone number
• Authenticate you when you log in to edit your profile
• Improve and maintain the service

What's Public vs. Private

• Your username and public links are visible to anyone who visits your profile
• Your phone number is never displayed publicly
• Links you mark as "private" or "draft" are only visible to you when logged in

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days.

Your Rights

You can:

• View and edit your links at any time via the web interface
• Request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@vv.cool
• Request deletion of your account by emailing privacy@vv.cool

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data. If you are a California resident, you have rights under CCPA including the right to know what data we collect and request deletion.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate vv:

• Twilio — processes SMS messages you send to our phone number
• Supabase — hosts our database
• Railway — hosts our web application

These services have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.

Children's Privacy

vv is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website.
